Tehran: Chief of Defence Forces and Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir on Tuesday arrived in for talks with Iranian officials, as Islamabad continues efforts to mediate an end to the Middle East war, Iranian authorities said. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei said the discussions would relate to negotiations but would focus primarily on bilateral relations and strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
