MURREE: A school van carrying children went out of control after an apparent brake failure and subsequently caught fire in Murree on Tuesday, injuring several passengers, according to District Police Officer Raza Tanveer Supra. Police said an inquiry into the incident is ongoing. The incident occurred at around 7:15am after the vehicle apparently suffered brake failure, causing it to go out of control before catching fire. The locals along van driver immediately helped evacuate the children from the vehicle, after which police and Rescue 1122 personnel shifted the injured to hospital.
