Islamabad: A suspected non-customs paid vehicle was seized by Customs authorities after its driver allegedly rammed Customs officials and an official vehicle while attempting to evade interception at the Bhara Kahu checkpoint.

According to officials, the driver tried to escape during the operation, hitting Customs personnel and a government vehicle before fleeing the scene. The suspect later abandoned the vehicle and escaped on foot.

Police were called to the spot, and legal proceedings have been initiated against the unidentified driver. Customs authorities have taken the seized vehicle into custody for further investigation to determine its customs status and trace the suspect.
