LONDON: Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar has said that new provinces can be created whenever Parliament and provincial assemblies decide to do so with a two-thirds majority. Speaking to the media in London, Tarar said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had repeatedly invited the opposition to hold talks. He said that conducting elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir was the biggest challenge and added that the elections there were held peacefully and transparently.
