Islamabad- Pakistan Meteorological Department, rain is expected in many parts of the country today. In Punjab, rainfall is likely in several districts, including Rawalpindi, Murree, Galiyat, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Gujrat, Gujranwala and Lahore. Rain is also expected in Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Narowal, Sahiwal, Khushab, Sargodha, Bhakkar and Layyah, while Mianwali, Kasur, Okara, Jhang, Faisalabad, Khanewal, Multan and Vehari may also receive rainfall. The Met Department said that most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will experience hot and dry weather. However, rain is expected in Dir, Chitral, Swat, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, Buner, Kohat and Dera Ismail Khan. There is also a possibility of rain in Khyber, Waziristan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Peshawar and Swabi. In Sindh, weather is expected to remain hot and dry across most districts. In Karachi, the maximum temperature may reach 35°C. Most districts of Balochistan are also likely to experience hot and dry conditions, although rain is expected in Barkhan, Sibi, Kohlu and Zhob.
