Peshawar: Police have submitted a report to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Peshawar in the Radio Pakistan case, confirming the alleged involvement of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi. According to sources, the hearing of the Radio Pakistan attack case was held at the ATC Peshawar, where the investigation officer submitted the police report to the court. The report stated that KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi was involved in the Radio Pakistan case. Police also presented forensic reports from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency before the court. At the next hearing, arguments from all parties will be heard in light of reports from other government departments and the forensic findings. Sources said there had been a delay in submitting the police report, which was eventually presented on the instructions of senior police officials. The court adjourned the hearing until September 14, 2026, to hear arguments from the parties regarding the police report.
